Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference:

Fast-growing healthcare company seeking a Clinical Practice Office Manager/Administrator to ensure our center operations run smoothly!

At Behavioral Innovations we pride ourselves for always putting our clients first and want ABA advocates who will ensure our kiddos and families are receiving quality services. As the Center Administrator you will greet everyone who enters the center and communicate with staff and parents routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needs. You will ensure the treatment center programs and clinical services are following HIPAA compliance, including state and national standards. The CAs work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the evaluation and development of existing and new therapy services. You will foster a culture that is Caring, Accountable, Collaborative, and Family Focused.
